Refund policy

All products are covered by a complimentary 30-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery. If your purchase does not match the description or is found to be defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ensure that any issues are promptly addressed.


If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched or issue a full refund. For defective or faulty products, kindly provide photographic or video evidence and email it to support@gadgetcron.com. Upon confirmation, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.


Please note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any other form of abuse of the purchased product.


Returns & Refunds


Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once this period has elapsed.


To be eligible for a refund, please adhere to the following conditions:

  •  Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund
  • To initiate a return, request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) by emailing support@gadgetcron.com with a detailed explanation and supporting images or videos of the product. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# along with the address of the nearest warehouse for return.
  • To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend using a trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address provided during your original purchase.


Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  •  Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
  •  Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Certain items are exempt from returns, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

1. Recheck your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

3. Contact your bank, as there may be an internal delay in posting the refund.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@gadgetcron.com.


Sale & Promotional Items


Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items purchased during promotions cannot be refunded.


Order Cancellations


Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and/or shipped.


If you request a cancellation before processing and shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking charges and refund processing fees imposed by credit card companies.


Invalid Cancellation Reasons:

  • Change of mind: Customers are encouraged to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller.

Finding a cheaper price elsewhere: Buyers should be certain they are willing to pay the listed price before completing their purchase.
